A Top Silicon Valley VC funded startup company, working on being the Google+Facebook in the world of finance, is expanding its quantitative strategy and system development teams in Shanghai and Singapore. We are looking for part-time or full-time, entry to senior level financial and software engineers, traders, portfolio managers, research analysts, data specialists, who have strong desire to learn from and work with a team of Wall Street and Sillicon Valley veterans, with long-term commitment to grow their career and personal wealth with the company.
Depending on individual job candidate’s qualification, the compensation schedule is open and ranges from RMB 50,000 to 800,000+ per year for full-time positions, plus discretionary performance-based stock options and cash bonus.

Job Responsibilities involves participating in building a new Google+Facebook type of business model in the world of finance, that includes some or all of the following:
1.Market intelligence research, making the best use of existing technology and scientific theories, recommend new technology and theories when applicable.
2.Financial market, industry, company and trading strategy research and data collection, covering macro, industry and individual company fundamentals, fixed income, equity, other asset classes in both China and overseas markets.
3.Learning, role-playing and improving, based on the new business model, the various financial professional job's functions, such as trader, analyst, portfolio managers, financial advisors, strategist.
4.Design algorithms, data models, economic models, financial models, behavior models, database and computer systems to simulate, explain, predict economic and financial activities.
5.Design, develop, test, improve quantitative trading strategies, taking advantage of new business models being developed.
6.Portfolio management, risk management and trading of both internal employee and external funds.
7.Research and develop cutting edge computer technologies and systems, that support new business models.
8.For senior level position, train and manage entry level analysts and engineers.

Job Requirements include:
Bachelor degree from top universities, advanced degree highly preferable; PhD/MBA/CFA is highly desirable. Degrees should be in hard sciences such as computer science, math, statistics, or quantitatively focused economics and finance majors.
Experience in professional/personal trading of stocks, bonds, futures are highly desirable.
For non-entry positions, experience in IT startup and/or financial institutions is required.
Proficient in at least 2 out of 4 (Excel/VBA, Python, C++, Matlab), experience with Bloomberg or similar tools highly preferable.
A resourceful, self-starting, tenacious and entrepreneurial personality. A strong business sense and work ethic. A quick learner and problem solver.
Fluent in both English and Chinese, ability to communicate concisely orally and in writing.
Knowledge of current events/trends impacting technology, business, finance, economy, highly preferable.
Familiarity with statistics, computational economics, data mining, distributed computing, search, social networking, Massive Multi-player Online Role-Playing Games business models highly preferable.
Overtime and for senior positions traveling flexibility.
In very few cases, a candidate will be considered if he/she doesn’t meet certain requirements but has exceptional qualifications in important qualifications.

2.金融市場、行業(yè)、公司和交易策略的研究和數(shù)據(jù)收集，涵蓋中國及海外市場的宏觀、行業(yè)及公司的基本面、固定收益、股權(quán)和其他資產(chǎn)類別。
3.根據(jù)新的商業(yè)模式學(xué)習(xí)、角色扮演和完善各類金融專業(yè)工作的功能，如交易員，分析師，投資組合經(jīng)理，財(cái)務(wù)顧問，戰(zhàn)略家等。
