Overview:
Market Development is a localized team focusing on Sales supporting and marketing activities implementation. You will be required to team work with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Sales, Service, CG, ect. to boost Waters biopharmaceutical business in local territories. Your knowledge in biopharmaceutical characterization & QC workflow and working experience in analytical chemistry lab are strongly expected to make Waters Customer Success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop the biopharmaceutical market in respective regions, including key accounts maintenance and expansion, new account development, organizing local seminars/workshops, support marketing events and execute marketing campaigns.
- Make sure the follow ups of sales leads and work on sales leads transformation.
- Provide support to sales team, such as customer co-visiting, documents generation, solution presentation, etc.
- Demo solution, workflow & software to target accounts.
- Team work with Marketing, Sales, Service and CG teams to collect, analyze, and forecast the reginal business data.

Qualifications:
- Above Bachalor Degree in life science, biopharmaceutical, analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or related Sciences.
- Experience with biopharmaceutical industry preferred Experiences with HPLC or MS preferred
- Experience with sales/marketing preferred.
- Strong customer-orientation with ability in developing and fostering long team effective relationships with key accounts & end users
- Mature disposition, positive attitude and strong sense of commitment
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Adaptable to dynamic and changing environment, frequent travelling acceptable as well
