職位描述
大客戶(hù)經(jīng)理任職要求:
1、5年以上沖壓行業(yè)的銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn),汽車(chē)沖壓行業(yè)優(yōu)先
2、具有良好的客戶(hù)溝通和交際能力
3、具有開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶(hù)能力和一定優(yōu)質(zhì)的客戶(hù)資源
4、精通一門(mén)外語(yǔ),英語(yǔ)優(yōu)先、日語(yǔ)其次
職責(zé)要求:
a. 收集市場(chǎng)信息,開(kāi)發(fā)符合公司目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)定位戰(zhàn)略的新客戶(hù)和項(xiàng)目;
Collect market information, explore new customers&programs per companys target marketing strategies
b. 根據(jù)公司流程及客戶(hù)要求按時(shí)處理新客戶(hù)的詢(xún)報(bào)價(jià)及打樣;負(fù)責(zé)和客戶(hù)商務(wù)談判和落實(shí)合同;
Lead to handle with customers RFQs and making samples per proceduresResponsible for negotiation and finalization of contracts with customers.
c. 處理解決和客戶(hù)的商務(wù)問(wèn)題(如付款條件、價(jià)格調(diào)整等)
Negotiate with customer for commercial issues (price adjustment,payment terms etc.)
d. 支持完成團(tuán)隊(duì)的銷(xiāo)售額目標(biāo),必要時(shí),協(xié)助跟進(jìn)應(yīng)收貨款;
Support the whole team to achieve sales target, when necessary, to follow up receivable account
e. 客戶(hù)管理,包括建立客戶(hù)檔案,安排客戶(hù)來(lái)訪事宜、企業(yè)展示,市場(chǎng)報(bào)告,積極與客戶(hù)溝通,了解客戶(hù)面臨的問(wèn)題并幫助他們解決問(wèn)題,提高客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度。
To undertake key account management of a specified number of accounts, including visits, presentations,drafting market reports, work with Management to maximise sales opportunities and customer satisf****, understanding the problem that customer is facing and help them to resolve or facilitate.
f. 日常客戶(hù)拜訪及關(guān)系維護(hù)。持續(xù)市場(chǎng)調(diào)查,了解潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手情況,提高自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;
Regular customer visits and relationship maintenance;Conduct market survey, get to know potential competitors and make analysis, so that to improve own competitiveness.
g. 銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理分配的其他工作任務(wù);
Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager.
