核心職責1. 戰(zhàn)略支持與決策落地- 協(xié)助董事長制定公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，參與行業(yè)研究、競爭分析及業(yè)務(wù)模型優(yōu)化。- 列席高層會議，跟進戰(zhàn)略項目執(zhí)行，推動跨部門協(xié)作與資源整合。- 根據(jù)授權(quán)代表董事長處理關(guān)鍵事項，起草決策意見及匯報材料。2. 對外關(guān)系與生態(tài)合作- 統(tǒng)籌董事長參與的政府、行業(yè)協(xié)會、合作伙伴及投資機構(gòu)的高層接待與拜訪。- 主導(dǎo)商務(wù)合作（BD）談判，推動自動駕駛產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈生態(tài)合作（如技術(shù)供應(yīng)商、車企、政策方等）。- 審核對外發(fā)聲內(nèi)容（PR/IR），包括演講文稿、媒體采訪及投資者材料。3. 內(nèi)部運營與專項管理- 管理董事長日程，協(xié)調(diào)差旅行程、會議及優(yōu)先級事務(wù)。- 牽頭專項任務(wù)（如融資支持、戰(zhàn)略投資盡調(diào)、新業(yè)務(wù)孵化等），獨立推進閉環(huán)。- 監(jiān)控行業(yè)政策與技術(shù)趨勢，輸出洞察報告供決策參考。任職要求1. 必備條件- 教育背景：985/211或海外名校碩士及以上學歷，專業(yè)不限（理工科+商科復(fù)合背景優(yōu)先）。- 工作經(jīng)驗：5年以上戰(zhàn)略/投資/運營相關(guān)經(jīng)驗，有頭部企業(yè)管培生、總裁助理或咨詢/投行背景者優(yōu)先。- 行業(yè)認知：對自動駕駛、人工智能或硬科技領(lǐng)域有強烈興趣，具備快速學習能力。2. 核心能力- 戰(zhàn)略思維：能拆解復(fù)雜問題，具備數(shù)據(jù)分析和商業(yè)邏輯梳理能力。- 溝通影響力：出色的跨部門協(xié)調(diào)能力，擅長與政府、企業(yè)高層對話。- 執(zhí)行力：適應(yīng)高強度工作，能同時推進多線程任務(wù)，結(jié)果導(dǎo)向。3. 加分項- 有產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)合作（如車企、芯片、地圖服務(wù)商）或政策對接經(jīng)驗。- 具備股權(quán)投資、資本運作或項目管理（PMP）相關(guān)經(jīng)驗。我們提供- 發(fā)展路徑：高潛力人才培養(yǎng)計劃，未來可晉升至戰(zhàn)略/投資/業(yè)務(wù)管理核心崗位。- 資源平臺：直接參與公司頂層決策，接觸行業(yè)合作伙伴與專家網(wǎng)絡(luò)。- 薪酬福利：具有競爭力的薪資（面議）+ 股權(quán)激勵 + 科技行業(yè)前沿項目歷練機會。
