職位描述：1、負(fù)責(zé)制定和實(shí)施汽車及其零部件的測(cè)試方案，包括新產(chǎn)品的整車及零部件測(cè)試、試制驗(yàn)證、問題解決等工作。2、組織車輛道路實(shí)驗(yàn)，對(duì)車輛的動(dòng)力性、制動(dòng)、平順性、可靠性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性進(jìn)行測(cè)試與研究。收集和分析測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)，撰寫測(cè)試報(bào)告。3、識(shí)別故障，進(jìn)行根源分析，并與設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作解決問題，根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)要求完成試驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)備、實(shí)施與結(jié)論分析，向相關(guān)工作人員提出可行性改善建議。4、建立測(cè)試規(guī)范和技術(shù)體系文件，組織設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)階段與生產(chǎn)驗(yàn)證階段的質(zhì)量控制工作，對(duì)測(cè)試過程進(jìn)行控制和規(guī)范管理，確保測(cè)試活動(dòng)的順利進(jìn)行。5、參與新產(chǎn)品試制計(jì)劃的制訂和試制方案的論證工作，參加技術(shù)交流會(huì)議和技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，配合部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)開展其他相關(guān)工作職位要求：1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，具備流利的英語交流能力，車輛工程、電氣工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)背景；2、具備相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，了解測(cè)試方法及各類的測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)3、熟悉整車網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)，熟悉CAN通信協(xié)議和J1939通信協(xié)議，熟悉Vector、 PCAN或周立功CAN分析工具的使用。4、熟練使用相關(guān)軟件繪制電路原理圖，熟練使用車輛電氣測(cè)試相關(guān)的儀器5、具有良好的動(dòng)手能力，良好的溝通技巧，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能夠合理處理工作壓力，適應(yīng)出差和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)解決具體問題
