Security Manager
With alignment with Clients Security strategies and ives, the Greater China Security Manager is a contracted regional position who shall be responsible for leading the security function and operations to implement in country security initiatives and directives within Greater China manage the security vendor(s) performance and contracts develop professional security concept & solutions, utilizing directives, industry best practice and approved company standards - to protect its people, assets and reputation strengthen security awareness and emergency preparedness through continuous training.

Responsibilities:
1 Assist APAC Senior Manager, Physical Security to plan, develop and implement the physical security strategies in Greater China
2 Leading the full suite of security operations which include security guard force management, security system compliance, access control, investigations, vendor and project management and other corporate security initiatives
3 Support event security and executive security as directed
4 Liaison with Security Operation Center (SOC) on Pre Event Announcement, Employee Emergency Notification and Travel Advisories in Greater China
5 Manage and oversee security budget, spending, contracts and identifying cost effectiveness
6 Provide professional oversight and to lead the local emergency response team with regards to local legal requirements, relevant ERT training, recruitment and conducting appropriate scenario driven exercises / drills
7 Conduct gap assessment and analysis, implement effective corrective across the sites in Greater China
8 Develop specific security programs and tools to support Physical Security day-to-day operations
9 Possess and maintain knowledge of complex industry trends, current security issues and security technology
10 Provide profession support on challenging projects and assist to solve and resolve complex issues regarding to local regulations and requirements
11 Develop security concept and applied security measures to, ensure the security design, construction, and technical specifications are fully implemented.
12 Engage with key internal stakeholders to promote and elevate the security awareness and emergency plans among business units and line functions
13 Validate the training frequency and conduct refresh training to enhance the security awareness.
14 Manage, validate, review and renew the contracts for security vendors as required
15 Conduct vendor performance review and quarterly business review to ensure the highest service quality

Requirements:
1 University Degree or above
2 Board certified ASIS CPP, PSP, CSMP holder or related international certifications an advantage
3 Demonstrated minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience with sizeable multi-national companies, working within a regional role.
4 Experienced in developing effective process flows, Security risk assessment, risk analysis
5 Multi-dimensional approach to dealing with complex problem solving abilities
6 Proven ability to quickly and maturely assimilate information, derive appropriate solutions and make decisions
7 Incident/crisis management/project management skills and physical &technical security knowledge
8 Energized by tough challenges, drives to deliver positive outcomes, challenges and works through conflicts.
9 Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills proven record in providing excellent internal customer services
10 Languages: Fluent Mandarin and English (both oral and written)
